Life?

 

Movement.

Constant hustling, backwards and forwards in every direction.

Just waiting for some reason to slow down.

 

Confusion.

Constant oblivion, never knowing which way is up.

Just searching for something to be right.

 

Fridays.

Constant energy, higher than the illusive fourth floor.

Just waiting for that final bell to ring.

 

Sadness.

Constant aching, because nothing goes as planned.

Just screaming for a reason to smile.

 

Friendship.

Constant companionship, always there to bring laughter.

Just preparing for the opportunity to mock.

 

Exhaustion.

Constant sleepiness, due to school starting before the crack of dawn.

Just dying to lie your face back into your pillow.

 

Life?
