I have never heard of the Star Wars Holiday Special until yesterday. I find it so hard to believe that several executives approved of the script and final show before it aired. It's so weird...

I am a huge Star Wars fan, and I had never heard of this existing. It seems interesting to say the least, but, obviously, the reviews were not great; it seems like it is a stain on the Star Wars franchise's reputation.

Not shocked that this hasn't been advertised too strongly to the public. I haven't even seen it offered on Disney +. It felt like someone paid a lot of money to make a christmas special in a world where the holiday couldn't exist, and it was crippling.

I have only seen one Star Wars film, but it seems that the script was so off that it caused a major disturbance to the Star Wars community. It is good that the cast makes fun of it though instead of being up tight.

I had honestly never heard about this Star Wars Special until I saw the list of podcasts we were gonna do this quarter. I definitely understand why it didn't get good reviews because it was something that wasn't enjoyable to watch at all. The only good part was when Princess Leia sung. Other than that, it was something very painful to watch.
