The artist whose art I like is Randy L. Waln. In his arts I found that he sometimes use black and white pictures and and colorized some parts of the picture. he use colors to make some parts of the picture to be different then others. That way, the colorized part steeping out from the rest of the picture and that the first thing that you see when you look at the picture.
