Audio Critique

The audio entry that interested me the most was the entry titled, "Music From A Tree." I really loved this piece because I find it fascinating that this man was able to create so many different sounds just from a tree. It just goes to show that you can make music out of anything, anywhere. I enjoyed listening to the song he created and the overlaying of all the different sound tracks. My favorite part is when he uses the violin bow and treats the branch like a violin. The sound it brings forth is absolutely amazing. He created great rhythm and used the elements of the tree very well. It seemed that he used every little part of this organism; he used things I'm sure most people would never imagine could ever make such a sound. Overall this was a very abstract and impressive piece and I deeply enjoyed listening to and watching this piece of work.
