The following photomontage is something that means a lot to me this picture is all about the day i took the  oath of enlistment into the army. the piece is titled "october 2, 2009" because that is they day i swore in. in this picture i have the background of all the flags that where at the front of the room that i swore into. Behind me in the picture is a saying that was on the door when i entered the room. it reads "through these doors walks the greatest defenders of the united states." above me is the emblem for every branch of the armed forces that protect the united states. the reason i put this there was because not only did i swear in with other people that where in the army but there was also people in the marines, navy, and the air force. the most important part of this picture would be me with my right hand raised saying the oath of enlistment. the oath of enlistment is right next to me and that is exactly what everyone says that joins the armed forces. and that is exactly what i said on october 2, 2009
