I kind of like the intro to "All My Loving" by The Beatles. Having a non-predictable intro can truly enhance a song, and confuse a listener a little bit, which is not always a bad thing.

I actually think that the intro of Queen's famous Bohemian Rhapsody is kinda weird because when you heard the entire song, the style of the intro is completely different from the entire song.  It might be a weird intro, but it's very interesting and I just love how they start on the crunch chord at the very beginning.

Ringtone by 1000 gecs truly has an unpredictable intro. Though the whole song is very unique in its style of electronic noises etc., the intro does not prepare you for the breadth of stylistic choice in the song.

Videotape by Radiohead has a confusing hidden downbeat, which confuses you in the intro. It takes a while for me to realize that I'm feeling the downbeat on the wrong beat.

the beach boys "cool cool water" has an errie intro and then it turns into their beach vide a few measures later.

Diamonds on the soles of her shoes is a perfect example of this. The feel remains the same, but the tempo and rhythm is radically different, adds a lot of depth to the song.
