Sitar and Santoor Song
Notes: This is my first composition in Garage Band. I was a little overwhelmed at first using the new application. There were so many awesome instruments that I wanted to incorporate, but finally I just settled on a few - a drum loop, an indian sitar, a few synths and a persian santoor. It's a simple melody with a little bit of a twist. Enjoy!

In the Shadow of Vesuvius In the Shadow of Vesuvius
Notes:
I was in Italy this past summer and my goodness, what a treat it was. I'd been incredibly interested in Italian and Roman culture because I studied Latin for a while at North Allegheny, and when the opportunity arose to visit the beautiful country, my sister and I jumped on it. I had the privilege to see Pompeii and snap some nice shots. This is the Temple of Jupiter in front of Mt. Vesuvius - the volcano that buried and destroyed the city in 79 AD.

Mary had a Little Lamb Remix
Notes: The piece goes from a familiar, innocent melody to a "badder" version. Random idea, first techno-ish song.
  Format: audio
Hindenburg Filmscore
Notes: A piece designed around the Hindenburg - a huge German feat and disaster in history. American history, because it crashed on our soil.
  Format: quicktime
